Official Records and Custody Contacts
Cumberland County arrest records and current custody records may be held by different offices. Use the sheriff for sheriff-created reports. The county jailer can help with the custody handoff, while Adair is the receiving-jail source identified by current research.

Use the Adair County Regional Jail for the receiving jail and current-inmate system. Choose the route that fits the request:
- The county arrest reference covers booking records, photos, roster access, warrants, and records requests.
- Arrested Today explains the same-day route; Arrest Reports covers a wider window.
- VINE Arrest Check covers custody status and release or transfer alerts.
- Ask the sheriff or issuing court about a warrant. A custody roster is not a warrant database.
- Use Kentucky Offender Online Lookup for Kentucky DOC custody.
- Use the federal BOP or ICE locator for federal or immigration custody.
The Cumberland County Emergency Operations Center business line is 270-864-4141. It is a dispatch contact, not a booking-record office. Call 911 only for an emergency.
